Yemista (stuffed peppers)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupof olive oil
  • 1 cupof onions
  • 1/4 cupof garlic
  • 4 cupsof mushrooms
  • 4 cupsof meat
  • 1/4 cupof pepper
  • 2 cupsof parsley
  • 1 cupof tomato juice
  • 1/6 cupof tomato puree
  • 1 cupof rice
  • 1 cupof pepper

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and cook there meat. Cook the mushrooms in another bowl. Cook the rice in another pan. Meanwhile, cut the pepper, you only need to cut off the middle.

  2. When the rice is ready, divide it into separate bowls. Mix one bowl with meat and another one with mushrooms. Add tomato puree and parsley. Mix everything well.

  3. Finally, stuff the peppers and brush them with oil. Put pepper into the oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Enjoy!
