Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupof Yakisoba stir fry sauce
  • 1/7 cupof soy sauce
  • 1/5 cupof Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/15 cupof sugar
  • 1/20 cupof mirin
  • 1/15 cupof sake
  • 1/20 cupof beef stock mix
  • 1/5 cupof Bulldog chuno sauce
  • 1/20 cupof hot chili oil
  • 1 cupof cut chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cupof chopped onions
  • 1/7 cupof salt
  • 1/7 cupof pepper
  • 1/5 cupof chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cupof sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cupof sliced carrots
  • 1 cupof bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sliced green pea sprouts
  • 1 cupof cooked noodles
  • 1/7 cupof nori
  • 1/7 cupof green onions

Instructions

  1. To make the sauce, mix soy sauce, Worchestershire sauce, sugar, mirin, sake, beef stock mix, Bulldog chuno sauce and hot chili oil.

  2. Take a frying pan, put it on heat and fry your chicken. When the chicken is ready, remove it from a pan and add some chopped onions. Fry them for a while. Add some salt and pepper. Next, add garlic and mushrooms. Then, add sliced carrot, green pea sprouts and chopped cabbage and stir well. Next, add bean sprouts, noodles, chicken and some sauce.

  3. Cover the dish with nori, green onions and other things you like.
