Ingredients

  • 1/15 cupof rosemary-infused simple syrup
  • 1/7 cupof fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/3 cupof Rehorst citrus and honey vodka
  • 1/50 cupof Bittermens hopped grapefruit bitters
  • 1/7 cupof grapefruit

Instructions

  1. Take a shaker and add 1/2 oz of rosemary-infused simple syrup, 1 oz of fresh grapefruit juice, 2 oz of Rehorst citrus and honey vodka, and 3 drops of Bittermens hopped grapefruit bitters and shake well.

  2. Strain the mixture and garnish with 1 grapefruit segment.
