  • 1 cupof wild bear meat
  • 1 cupof wild salmon meat
  • 1 cupof Venison
  • 1/2 cupof minced scallions
  • 1 1/2 cupof bread crumbs
  • 1 cupof whisked egg
  • 1/20 cupof garlic powder
  • 1/8 cupof blueberry BBQ sauce
  • 1/10 cupof red onion
  • 1/10 cupof lettuce leaf
  • 1/10 cupof tomato
  • 1/2 cupof parmesan cheese
  • 1/10 cupof lemon pepper
  • 1/10 cupof cajun seasonings


  1. Take the meat and twist it. Each meat should be twisted separately for three different burgers.

  2. For bear meat burger, mix twisted meat with minced scallions, bread crumbs, whisked egg, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Make a form of cutlet from the meat and cook bear to internal temperature of 160 degrees. Put cooked cutlet on bread. Then, add blueberry BBQ sauce on top, red onion, lettuce leaf, slice of tomato and another piece of bread on top. The first burger is ready.

  3. Next comes salmon burger. Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees. To make a cutlet, mix twisted salmon meat, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, lemon pepper, salt, whisked egg and minced scallions. Make a cutlet and cook it in the oven for 10 minutes. Then, put it on bread and put onion and lettuce leaf on top. Cover with another piece of bread. It is ready.

  4. Now, it is time for stuffed venison burger. Mix the meat with whisked egg, bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper and 2 slices of cheese. Season it with cajun seasonings. Fry the cutlet. Put it on a piece of bread. Then, put mustard, onion, lettuce leaf, slice of tomato and another piece of bread. Have a nice meal!
