- 1 1/4 cupof warm water
- 1/20 cupof dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cupof wholemeal flour
- 1/2 cupof rye flour
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/5 cupof sunflower oil
- 1 cupof seeds (flax, sunflower kernels, pumpkin kernels and pine nuts)
- 1/7 cupof sesame seeds
- 1/10 cupof poppy seeds
Spray a loaf tin with cooking spray and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Take your food processor and add the warm water and yeast.
Launch the pastry program for about 30 seconds.
Add the flour, seeds, salt and oil and restart the program.
When the dough is ready, remove it and place in the loaf tin.
Sprinkle the dough with poppy seeds and cover with a tea towel for about 1 hour.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 240 degrees C.
