Whole Roasted Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 cupsof chicken
  • 1/2 cupof hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cupof Chinese five spices powder
  • 1/4 cupof sliced ginger
  • 1/2 cupof green onion

Instructions

  1. Take a whole chicken and stuff it with hoisin sauce inside. Then, add Chinese five spices powder. Next, add some slices of ginger. Then, add green onion inside.

  2. Close up the chicken and pierce it with spoke. Make sure there are no holes.

  3. Pour it with hot water from all sides. Take a small bowl and mix some vinegar with honey. Generously, grease the chicken. Let it marinate for 24 hours in a fridge.

  4. 24 hours later, put it into the oven for an hour and a half. Enjoy!
