Warm Chickpea And Tofu Salad

  • 3 cupsof tofu
  • 2 cupsof chickpeas
  • 1 cupof grated carrots
  • 1/2 cupof red onion
  • 1/7 cupof garlic cloves
  • 1/10 cupof black pepper
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/8 cupof fresh basil
  • 1/7 cupof olive oil


  1. Cut the onion.

  2. Peel and grate the carrots.

  3. Chop the basil leaves.

  4. Mince the garlic cloves.

  5. Dice the tofu.

  6. use the carrot and raw onion as a base for the salad.

  7. Add a little bit of raw minced garlic and save the rest for later.

  8. Put oil on the pan and fry the tofu.

  9. Add a little bit of salt and pepper.

  10. Once this is brown, add the tofu to the salad.

  11. Fry the chickpeas and the rest of the garlic.

  12. Add a pinch of salt and pour it all on the salad.

  13. Add the chopped basil and a splash of oil.

  14. Put a few basil leaves on top. Enjoy!
