- 1 cupof rice
- 1 cupof walnuts
- 3 cupsof water
- 1/8 cupof sugar
Soak the rice overnight and discard the water. Take a non-stick pan and toast there walnuts. When they are ready, add the rice. Toast the rice until it is fried and puffed. Add water to the pan. Bring it to boil and then reduce the heat to medium. Keep adding water.
Then, use a blender to puree the mixture until it becomes smooth. Return the puree back to low heat and add sugar. Boil it until the sugar is melted. Enjoy the food!
