Vietnamese Fried Spring Rolls

  • 1 cupof green onions
  • 2 cupsof minced pork
  • 1 cupof bean sprouts
  • 1 cupof onions
  • 1 cupof dried fungus
  • 1 cupof dried mushrooms
  • 1 cupof dried vermicelli
  • 1 cupof carrots
  • 1/2 cupof eggs
  • 1/7 cupof salt
  • 1/7 cupof pepper
  • 1/3 cupof fish sauce
  • 2 cupsof rice paper


  1. Wash and chop your green onions and bean sprouts into pieces. Dice your onions into squares. Leave your dried fungus and dried mushrooms in hot water to soften, wash and after that chop into pieces. Take some dried vermicelli and cook in hot water for a few minutes and after they are ready, use the scissors to cut them into smaller parts. Peel and chop you carrots.

  2. Take a big bowl and combine all the previous ingredients. Add the minced pork, two eggs, fish sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.
