- 2 cupsof fish fillet
- 1/2 cupof soy sauce
- 1/10 cupof chili
- 1/8 cupof ginger
- 1/6 cupof onion
- 1/8 cupof garlic
- 1 cupof lemongrass
Take a pot and put a little bit of cooking oil. Then, fry ginger, onions and garlic together. Wait until it is a little brown.
Then, add fish fillet to the pot. Cut chilies and put it in the pot as well. It going to be really spicy. Pour in some soy sauce and continue to cook it.
Then, take off the fish because it going to be to dry and overcooked. Add some water into the pot and continue to make a sauce for few minutes.
Add corn to the sauce to make it thick. When it starts thickening, add in fish. Put lemongrass on top and enjoy your meal!
