Vertical Tilapia

Ingredients

  • 4 cupsof broth
  • 1 cupof cabbage leaves
  • 2 cupsof broccoli
  • 1/4 cupof lemon
  • 2 cupsof tilapia fillets
  • 1/10 cupof seasoning (salt, pepper)
  • 1 cupof rice

Instructions

  1. Take outer layers of cabbage and fill them with broccoli.

  2. Slice a lemon.

  3. Season the fish fillet and put slices of lemon on top.

  4. Cook the rice in a broth.Put steamer on top of it.

  5. Cook fish and broccoli in a steamer for 15 minutes.
