- 4 cupsof broth
- 1 cupof cabbage leaves
- 2 cupsof broccoli
- 1/4 cupof lemon
- 2 cupsof tilapia fillets
- 1/10 cupof seasoning (salt, pepper)
- 1 cupof rice
Take outer layers of cabbage and fill them with broccoli.
Slice a lemon.
Season the fish fillet and put slices of lemon on top.
Cook the rice in a broth.Put steamer on top of it.
Cook fish and broccoli in a steamer for 15 minutes.
