Veggie Dumplings

  • 3 cupsof flour
  • 1 cupof hot water
  • 1/10 cupof sesame seed oil
  • 2 cupsof pork
  • 1/10 cupof soy sauce
  • 1/10 cupof black vinegar
  • 1/8 cupof chopped garlic
  • 1/6 cupof chopped onions
  • 1/8 cupof ginger
  • 1/8 cupof scallion


  1. In order to make dough, mix flour with hot water. If it is needed, you can add more flour. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.

  2. For the filling, mix pork meat with sesame oil. Then, add soy sauce and black vinegar. Add chopped garlic, onion, ginger, and scallion. Mix everything thoroughly.

  3. When the dough is ready, roll it and cut into balls. Roll out small balls into disks. Fill those disks with pork stuffing. Put the dumplings into boiling broth. When the dumplings flow on top, they are ready. Drizzle it with sesame oil, sweet vinegar and scallion on top. Enjoy!
