- 2 cupsof burger wheat
- 1/2 cupof walnuts
- 1 cupof black beans
- 1/2 cupof chopped cilantro and onion
- 1/20 cupof garlic
- 1 cupof water
- 1 cupof mashed avocados
- 1/2 cupof cabbage leaves
Cut the onion and garlic. and saute them until light brown. Add wheat and a cup of water. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Take a blender and put there black beans and mixture with burger wheat. Then, add walnuts and cilantro with onions and blend it. Vegetable mixture is ready to go. Form the balls and put it into refrigerator.
Now, fry veggie balls for 5 minutes from each side. To form a burger, put cabbage leaves and mashed avocado. Then, put slices of tomato and veggie burger. Put avocado on top and another leave of cabbage. Vegetable burger is ready!
