Vegetarian Pate

Ingredients
- 1 cupof red onion
- 1 cupof celery
- 1 cupof nuts
- 1/2 cupof Roquefort cheese
- 1/2 cupof egg
- 1/2 cupof fresh celery
- 1/8 cupof garlic
- 1/8 cupof dill
- 1/8 cupof Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cupof ricotta
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/10 cupof pepper
- 1/7 cupof olive oil
Instructions
Chop your red onion and peel and chop your celery.
Add the ingredients to a bowl.
Add some cut nuts, Roquefort cheese and grate one hard-boiled egg.
Next, cut two cloves of garlic, 1/7 cup of dill and 1/2 cup of fresh celery and add these ingredients to a separate bowl.
Sprinkle them with Worcestershire sauce and add 1/2 cup of ricotta. Mix well and add to the main bowl.
Add a little bit of salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix well and enjoy!
