- 2 cupsof cooked rice
- 2 cupsof cooked lentils
- 1/2 cupof chopped onion
- 1/4 cupof chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cupof carrot
- 1/10 cupof shredded ginger
- 1/10 cupof cumin
- 1/8 cupof soy sauce
- 1/8 cupof minced garlic
- 1/2 cupof egg (optional)
- 1/4 cupof wholemeal flour + extra for breading
- 1/8 cupof olive oil + 2 tbsp. extra for frying the patties
- 1/10 cupof Salt & pepper
Saute the onion and garlic.
Add the carrot, bell pepper and ginger.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add cumin and soy sauce.
Cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
Put the mixture to the blender and combine it with rice and lentils. Blend it well.
Next, add egg and blend more.
Add flour to the mixture and mix it well.
Form the cutlet and fry it until golden brown.
Make your burger and enjoy it!
