Vegetarian Chiken Vegetable Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof onions
  • 1/2 cupof chopped celery
  • 1/2 Quorn Meat Free Chicken Pieces
  • 1/2 cupof stew tomatoes
  • 1/7 cupof vegetable bouillon cubes
  • 1/10 cupof bay leaves
  • 1 cupof tomato juice
  • 1 1/2 cupof kale
  • 1 1/2 cupof angel hair noodles
  • 1/10 cupof onion powder
  • 1/10 cupof garlic powder
  • 1/10 cupof black pepper
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/5 cupof olive oil
  • 3 cupsof water

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, put it on heat and add olive oil first. Add 2 vegetable bouillon cubes and melt them. Next, add your onions and celery and stir well. Then, add bay leaves. Keep stirring. Next, add Quorn Meat Free Chicken Pieces (seasoned). Stir well. Add some water. Then, add fresh stew tomatoes, kale and noodles. Stir well. Add some water again. Now, add your tomato juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper. Stir well. Cover the pan and let it simmer for a while until cooked.
