Vegetable Lentil Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof lentils
  • 2 cupsof vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cupof tomatoes
  • 1/2 cupof spinach
  • 1/2 cupof onion
  • 1/2 cupof celery
  • 1/4 cupof tomato paste
  • 1/10 cupof garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Put some olive oil and stir and fry onion with celery.

  2. Next, add lentils and vegetable broth.

  3. Let it thicken. Cook it for about 10 minutes.

  4. When the beans are ready, add tomatoes and spinach.

  5. Next, add tomato paste and garlic powder. Enjoy your dish!
