- 2 cupsof canned no-salt tomatoes
- 1 cupof canned no-salt beans
- 1 cupof frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cupof frozen broccoli
First of all, pour two cans of tomatoes together with liquid into a pan. Then, add the beans (without liquid) to the pan. Next, add frozen veggies and broccoli. You can season it to your taste. Bring it to boil. Boil it for few minutes and you soup is done! You can top it on rice of any other garnish.
