  • 1 cupof organic kosher sandwich pickles
  • 1/5 cupof onions
  • 1/7 cupof ketchup
  • 1/5 cupof mayonnaise
  • 1 cupof lavash wrap
  • 1/2 cupof vegan cheese
  • 1/8 cupof tofurky Italian Deli
  • 1/8 cupof tofurky hickory smoked
  • 1/8 cupof field roast wild mushroom grain meat
  • 1/5 cupof raw sauerkraut


  1. Take a bowl and add the cut sandwich pickles. Next, add a little bit of chopped onion, ketchup and mayonnaise and mix the ingredients. Then, take your sauce and spread it over lavash wrap. Add your tofurky Italian Deli, tofurky hickory smoked, field roast wild mushroom grain meat, vegan cheese and raw sauerkraut and roll it up. Finally, bake your wraps at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
