Vegan Kebab

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof tofu
  • 1/2 cupof soy sauce
  • 1/2 cupof Island Teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cupof vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cupof bell peppers
  • 1 cupof tomatoes
  • 1 cupof mushrooms
  • 1 cupof zucchinis
  • 1 cupof strawberries
  • 1 cupof bananas
  • 1 cupof blueberries

Instructions

  1. Marinate tofu cubes in Island Teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and vegan Worcestershire sauce. Next, chop your veggies (mushrooms, bell peppers, tomatoes and zucchinis). Design your kebab. Put your kebab on baking sheet and coat with tofu marinade. Grill your kebab until cooked.

  2. To make fruit kebab, cut your banana and strawberries. Design your fruit kebab using bananas, strawberries and blueberries. Enjoy!
