Vegan Cheesy Cauliflower Steak and Pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof cauliflowers
  • 1/5 cupof olive oil
  • 1/15 cupof salt
  • 1 cupof zucchini
  • 1/15 cupof white pepper
  • 1/15 cupof garlic
  • 1/2 cupof cheese
  • 1/5 cupof cherry tomatoes
  • 1/20 cupof basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflowers into 1 cm pieces. Overnight them in olive oil and salt. Dehydrate for a couple of hours.

  2. Cut 1 zucchini into small strips to make it look like spaghetti. Mix cauliflowers with cut zucchini and add some garlic, white pepper and cheese. Cover with several cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
