Ingredients

  • 1 cupof flour tortilla
  • 2 cupsof cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 cupof beans
  • 1/8 cupof red onion
  • 1/8 cupof red pepper
  • 1/8 cupof green pepper
  • 1/10 cupof cilantro
  • 1/2 cupof roasted corns
  • 1/4 cupof guacamole
  • 1/4 cupof chili sauce
  • 1/4 cupof Pico De Gallo
  • 1/10 cupof hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Firstly, mix together brown rice and beans.

  2. Next, put the mixture on tortilla and add roasted corn.

  3. Then, add Pico De Gallo, guacamole and chili sauce.

  4. Put cilantro, peppers and onion on top.

  5. Wrap a buritto and roll it properly.

  6. Next, you need to grill it from both sides on medium high for 5 minutes.

  7. Cut burrito in half and enjoy the food.
