- 1 cupof vanilla beans
- 1 1/2 cupof organic vodka
- 1 cupof light agave syrup
Take vanilla beans and cut them in half. Take a bottle and empty jar, your beans should easily come in this jar. When all your beans are in the bottle, pour there pure organic vodka. Shake it. The essence is done.
While doing an extract, cut the whole beans into smaller parts and put them into blender. Pour a cup of light agave syrup and blend everything. Your vanilla extract is ready.
The extract and essence can be great additions when you cook a dessert, especially cakes. Enjoy!
