Vanilla Custard Sauce Served with Sponge Cake

  • 1 cupof milk
  • 1/7 cupof corn flour
  • 1/2 cupof water
  • 2/7 cupof vanilla
  • 1/7 cupof sugar
  • 1 cupof plain sponge cake


  1. Take a pot and add one cup of milk and put it on heat.

  2. Take a bowl and add 2 teaspoons of corn flour, a little bit of water, and 2 tablespoons of vanilla and whisk.

  3. Pour your mixture inside of the milk and give it a whisk for about 2 minutes.

  4. Add the sugar and whisk.

  5. Add your mixture on top of the cake. Enjoy!
