- 1/3 cupof butter
- 1/2 cupof oil
- 2 1/2 cupsof flour
- 1/20 cupof baking powder
- 1/20 cupof baking soda
- 1/9 cupof salt
- 1 1/2 cupof sugar
- 1 cupof eggs
- 3/4 cupof egg yolks
- 1/7 cupof vanilla
- 1 cupof plain yogurt
First, sift the dry ingredients.
Put the flour, the baking powder, the baking soda and the sold in the sifter.
Put the butter and the oil into the blender and mix well with the sugar.
Now, add the egg yolks and the eggs. Mix well.
Add the plain yogurt and mix well.
Next, incorporate the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Finally, add the vanilla and mix well again.
Add the mixture to your paper cups.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees F.
