- 3 cupsof heavy cream
- 1 cupof milk
- 1/2 cupof sugar
- 1/10 cupof gelatin
- 1/10 cupof vanilla extract
- 1/4 cupof cocoa powder
For the ice cream base, you need to mix heavy cream with milk.
Heat it up adding sugar, gelatin and vanilla extract.
Whisk everything very well, there should not be any wads.
Leave the mixture into a fridge overnight or at least for 6 hours.
In order to make chocolat ice-cream, just change vanilla extract into cocoa powder.
After 6 hours, put the mixture into ice-cream maker.
Then, put it into a fridge for 4 hours more.
