- 4 cupsof Uhu fish
- 1/10 cupof Goya Adobo
- 1/2 cupof mayonnaise
- 1 cupof pineapple sausage
- 1/2 cupof green onion
Take a fish and clean it. Take Goya Adobo and sprinkle it inside and on top. Add mayonnaise and pineapple sausage inside.
Also, add green onion and cilantro inside and on top of the fish. Sprinkle the fish with fresh lemon juice and put some lemon slices on top.
Cover the fish with foil and put into the oven for about 45 minutes. Enjoy!
