- 3/4 cupof turnip
- 1/2 cupof tentsuju sauce
- 1/2 cupof water
- 1/15 cupof soy sauce
- 1/30 cupof katsobushi
- 1/15 cupof shiitake mushrooms
- 1/15 cupof julienned nori
Take a pan and boil some water together with soy sauce, tentsuyu sauce and shiitake mushrooms. Let it simmer for around 15 minutes. When the shiitake are cooked, remove them and cut into pieces. Then, put them back.
With a mandoline cut the turnip into noodles and pour them into the stock. Cook them for a minute and serve the noodle with a little stock. Decorate it with julienned nori and katsobushi.
