Turkey Panini Sandwich

  • 1 cupof turkey meat
  • 1/2 cupof asparagus
  • 1/4 cupof red onions
  • 1/4 cupof fresh mozzarella
  • 1/2 cupof tomatoes
  • 1/4 cupof mustard
  • 2 cupsof panini bread
  • 1/4 cupof spinach leaves
  • 1/5 cupof olive oil


  1. Cut your panini bread into two pieces. Put the mustard on each side. Put a little bit of red onion, sliced asparagus, turkey meat, fresh mozzarella and a few slices of tomato on one piece of your bread. Put it open face on a grill for about 3 minutes.

  2. Take a second half of your bread and put some spinach leaves. Put this piece of brand on the top of the first half and drizzle the whole sandwich with olive oil. Grill until the bread is golden brown.
