  • 4 cupsof ground turkey
  • 1/7 cupof garlic powder
  • 1/7 cupof black pepper
  • 1/7 cupof dried oregano
  • 1/7 cupof onion powder
  • 1/7 cupof celtic sea salt
  • 1/2 cupof fresh mozzarella


  1. Take a bowl and add your ground turkey, garlic powder, black pepper, dried oregano, onion powder and celtic sea salt and mix the ingredients well. Put the meat into patties about 4 inches wide. You should have around 4 to 7.

  2. Preheat your grill to 500 degrees. Grill the meat until they are brown on one side. Then, turn them over. Put some cheese in the end.
