- 1 cupof tuna steak
- 1/2 cupof tomato
- 1 cupof red onion
- 1 cupof green cabbage
- 1 cupof baby spinach
- 1 cupof 4 mean mix
- 1/7 cupof flaxseed oil
- 1/7 cupof lemon juice
Take a pan, add a little bit of oil and tuna steak.
While cooking, keep the steak juicy. Cook until ready.
Drain the beans and add them to a bowl.
Chop your cabbage, spinach, tomato and onion and add them to a bowl.
Cut your tuna steak into strips and add to your salad.
Finally, add a little bit of flaxseed oil and a lemon juice. Mix well. Enjoy!
