Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof tuna steak
  • 1/2 cupof tomato
  • 1 cupof red onion
  • 1 cupof green cabbage
  • 1 cupof baby spinach
  • 1 cupof 4 mean mix
  • 1/7 cupof flaxseed oil
  • 1/7 cupof lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, add a little bit of oil and tuna steak.

  2. While cooking, keep the steak juicy. Cook until ready.

  3. Drain the beans and add them to a bowl.

  4. Chop your cabbage, spinach, tomato and onion and add them to a bowl.

  5. Cut your tuna steak into strips and add to your salad.

  6. Finally, add a little bit of flaxseed oil and a lemon juice. Mix well. Enjoy!
