- 2 cupsof tuna or salmon
- 1/2 cupof chopped onion
- 1/2 cupof chopped celery
- 1/7 cupof mayonnaise
- 1/10 cupof Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cupof pizza sauce
- 1/7 cupof grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cupof gluten free Chef Flatbreads
First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees F with your pizza stone in it.
Take a bowl and add chopped onion, celery, tuna and stir well.
Next, add mayonnaise and mustard and stir again.
Spread a layer of your pizza sauce (or meat sauce) over the flatbread.
Top it with cheese.
Bake it for about 15 to 20 minutes and top with parsley in the end. Enjoy!
