- 1 cupof bread
- 3/4 cupof tuna
- 1 cupof eggs
- 3/4 cupof mayonnaise
- 1/10 cupof curry
- 1/10 cupof pepper
- 1/10 cupof salt
Cook the eggs for 10-15 minutes.
Peel the tomatoes and slice them.
Drain the tuna and place in a bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, setting a bit aside for later. Mix well with tuna.
When the eggs are done, cut them into very small pieces.
Add diced eggs to the bowl with tuna and add the rest of mayonnaise. Stir.
Season the micture with pepper and curry, refrigerate for 2 hours.
Add a little bit of oil to the bread and place the slices of tomato on top.
Next, add the tuna mixture on top.Enjoy!
