Tuna and Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof white onions
  • 1 cupof spring onions
  • 1 cupof tomatoes
  • 1/2 cupof yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cupof green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cupof red bell pepper
  • 1 cupof sweet corn
  • 2 cupsof tuna
  • 1/7 cupof vegetable oil
  • 1/15 cupof pepper
  • 1/20 cupof paprika

Instructions

  1. Cut all your vegetables finely.

  2. Take a frying pan and put it on a low heat.

  3. Add all the cut vegetables to your pan. Saute them for about 3 to 4 minutes.

  4. Next, add your sweet corn and 2 cups of tuna.

  5. Stir the ingredients well.

  6. Add a little bit of paprika.

  7. Cook for about 3 minutes more. Enjoy!
