- 2 cupsof pita (or tortilla)
- 1/7 cupof pesto
- 1/2 cupof shredded mozzarella
- 2 cupsof cherry tomatoes
- 1/20 cupof olive oil
Heat pita in a frying pan at a medium heat. Do not forget to add some olive oil onto a pan. Spread pesto on your pita. Cover your pita with cheese and tomatoes. Cover your frying pan with a lid and cook until your pita is crispy. Add pepper and salt and enjoy!
