Tomato, Mozzarella and Pesto Tortilla Pizza

  • 2 cupsof pita (or tortilla)
  • 1/7 cupof pesto
  • 1/2 cupof shredded mozzarella
  • 2 cupsof cherry tomatoes
  • 1/20 cupof olive oil


  1. Heat pita in a frying pan at a medium heat. Do not forget to add some olive oil onto a pan. Spread pesto on your pita. Cover your pita with cheese and tomatoes. Cover your frying pan with a lid and cook until your pita is crispy. Add pepper and salt and enjoy!
