Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupof fresh galangal
  • 1/8 cupof kaffir limes leaves
  • 1/8 cupof lemongrass
  • 1 cupof mushrooms
  • 1/6 cupof Thai birdís eye chilies
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 1/10 cupof fish sauce
  • 1/6 cupof shrimps

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and boil there some water or broth. Add fresh galangal, kaffir limes leaves and lemongrass. Add mushrooms and Thai birdís eye chilies. Then, add pepper and fish sauce. Next, add shrimps and make it boil. Have a nice meal!
