- 1/2 cupof tofu
- 1/2 cupof maple syrup
- 1/2 cupof natural peanut butter
- 1/10 cupof baking powder
- 1/2 cupof whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cupof all-purpose flour
Break tofu into fine pieces with your hands. Pour maple syrup on top. Then, add natural peanut butter and mix everything well.
Next, add baking powder, whole wheat flour and all-purpose flour. Combine everything well. Then, form the dough with the hands.
Take about 30 grams of dough and roll it into a ball. Place it in parchment paper and press it down slightly. Bake them in the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
