  • 6 cupsof coffee
  • 3/4 cupof eggs
  • 2 3/4 cupof mascarpone
  • 4 cupsof savoiardi
  • 1/4 cupof sugar
  • 1/4 cupof Baileys
  • 1/3of powdered cocoa


  1. Take a big bowl and add 3 eggs. Mix them well with mixer. Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and mix again. Add 1/4 cup of Baileys and continue mixing. Add mascarpone and mix the ingredients.

  2. Dip savoiardi in coffee and put in a pan. Cover savoiardi with the mixture from a bowl evenly. Then put another layer of savoiardi and cover with the mixture from a bowl again. Sprinkle with powdered cocoa.
