  • 2 Ripe Bananas, Mashed
  • 1/3 cupof Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 2/3 cupof Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1/10 cupof Vanilla
  • 1/20 cupof Salt
  • 1/20 cupof Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cupof Quick or Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/4 cupof Nuts (I used dry pecans.)
  • 1/4 cupof Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cupof Shredded Coconut
  • Coconut Oil Chocolate Fudge
  • 1 cupof coconut oil, melted
  • 1/3 cupof coconut milk
  • 1/3 cupof cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cupof honey
  • 1/10 cupof vanilla extract
  • Baked Pears with Walnuts and Honey
  • 1 cupof pears
  • 1/20 cupof ground cinnamon
  • 1/10 cupof honey
  • 1/4 cup crushed walnuts

  1. In order to make peanut butter oatmeal cookies, preheat your oven to 320 degrees. Then, mix together bananas, peanut butter, applesauce, and vanilla. Next, add oats, nuts, chocolate chips, and coconut. Mix everything thoroughly. Spoon the cookie mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving a little bit space between each and flatten slightly. Bake for 15-17 minutes and allow cooling slightly.

  2. To cook coconut oil chocolate fudge, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix everything well. Pour it into a lined loaf pan. Put it into a fridge for a night. Enjoy!

  3. For baked pears with walnuts and honey, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Half the pears and put them into baking sheet. Sprinkle it with cinnamon and top with walnuts. Drizzle everything with honey and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Have a nice and healthy dessert.
