- 1 cupof prosciutto
- 2 cupsof asparagus
- 1/3 cupof olive oil
- 3 cupsof potatoes
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/10 cupof pepper
- 1/4 cupof parsley
- 1/5 cupof garlic
Peel potatoes and bake them in the oven.
Wash your veggies. Wrap each stalk of asparagus in a single piece of prosciutto. Take a frying pan and fill it with olive oil (or butter). Put your wrapped asparagus inside and fry for a few minutes. Douse it with a little salt and pepper.
Take baked potatoes and smash them a little bit. Pour them with olive oil and add the mixture of chopped parsley and garlic.
Put everything on your plate and enjoy!
