The Process of Prosciutto

  • 1 cupof prosciutto
  • 2 cupsof asparagus
  • 1/3 cupof olive oil
  • 3 cupsof potatoes
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 1/4 cupof parsley
  • 1/5 cupof garlic


  1. Peel potatoes and bake them in the oven.

  2. Wash your veggies. Wrap each stalk of asparagus in a single piece of prosciutto. Take a frying pan and fill it with olive oil (or butter). Put your wrapped asparagus inside and fry for a few minutes. Douse it with a little salt and pepper.

  3. Take baked potatoes and smash them a little bit. Pour them with olive oil and add the mixture of chopped parsley and garlic.

  4. Put everything on your plate and enjoy!
