- 1/5 cupof whiskey
- 1/30 cupof Angostura bitter
- 1/8 cupof soda water
- 1/7 cupof sugar cube
- 1/8 cupof brandied cherry
- 1/8 cupof orange wedge
- 1/5 cupof ice
- 1/7 cupof lemon twist
- 1/7 cupof orange twist
Place sugar cube in the bottom of a rock glass.
Add a few dashes of Angostura bitters until the cube is soaked.
Top with a small dash of soda water.
Pulverize the cube until it is well dissolved.
You can add a brandied cherry and orange wedge.
Gently press them with the muddles (do not pulverize).
Add ice and stir.
If fruit is not used, garnish with both a lemon and orange twist.
