- 1 cupof zucchini
- 1 cupof red and yellow pepper
- 1/2 cupof tomato
- 1/4 cupof white onion
- 1/10 cupof garlic
- 1/6 cupof coconut oil
First of all, boil some cereals. At the same time, cut fresh zucchini. Next, dice yellow and red pepper (or any other for your taste).Also, dice fresh tomato. Into the pan with cooked cereals, add zucchini, pepper and tomatoes and mix everything.
After that, dice white onion and fry it on coconut oil. Add the fried onion on top of the salad and season it with chopped garlic. Your salad is ready, enjoy it!
