Ingredients

  • 4 cupsof plain yoghurt
  • 4 cupsof sour cream
  • 5 cupsof turkey
  • 1/5 cupof salt
  • 1/4 cupof chilies
  • 1/10 cupof turmeric powder
  • 1/5 cupof minced garlic
  • 1/5 cupof minced ginger
  • 1/4 cupof jeera powder
  • 1/7 cupof chili powder
  • 1/7 cupof chat masala

Instructions

  1. In a bowl whisk yoghurt and sour cream.

  2. To make a marinade, add chilies and mix them. Add garlic and ginger and mix again. Put the mixture to a sour cream - yoghurt bowl and put turmeric powder, salt, chili powder, jeera powder and chat masala and stir the ingredients. marinate the turkey and put it into a fridge for one day.

  3. before cooking, coat it with marinade again put in an oven for 30-45 minutes and 465 degrees F.
