  • 1 cupof red bell pepper
  • 1 cupof red curry paste
  • 1 cupof coconut milk
  • 1 cupof rice
  • 2 cupsof extra firm tofu
  • 1 cupof onions
  • 1 cupof broccoli
  • 1 cupof carrots
  • 1 cupof mushrooms


  1. Rinse the rise in a pan until the water is clear. Add two cups of water for every one cup of rice. Bring the pan to the boil, cover it, and let it simmer.

  2. Chop the bell pepper, the onion, the mushrooms, and the carrots. Put them into a bowl. Add broccoli. Cut the tofu and add it to a bowl.

  3. Take a new pan, fill it with coconut milk, and add one or two teaspoons of red curry paste and put it on fire. Stir the mixture for a while. Next, add the vegetables from a bowl to this pan and stir everything.
