Thai Crunch Noodle Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof salad
  • 1 cupof zucchini
  • 1/2 cupof red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cupof carrot
  • 1/2 cupof red cabbage
  • 1/6 cupof green onions
  • 1/4 cupof Cucumber
  • 1/8 cupof handful fresh cilantro
  • For dressing
  • 1/8 cupof raw tahini
  • 1/8 cupof Maple Syrup / Agave
  • 1/8 cupof Tamari / Coconut Aminos
  • 1/10 cupof Garlic
  • 1/8 cupof fresh grated ginger
  • 1/4 cupof fresh lime juice
  • 1/8 cupof water as needed

Instructions

  1. Make salad base cutting all the veggies into noodles or thin slices. In order to make dressing, mix all ingredients into the blender and blend it until sauce consistency. Add some water if it is not liquid enough. Pour the dressing over the salad. Enjoy!
