Thai Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof curry paste
  • 1/10 cupof coconut oil
  • 1 cupof chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 cupof coconut milk
  • 1/4 cupof fish sauce
  • 2 cupsof chicken
  • 1 cupof red pepper
  • 1 cupof cooked broccoli
  • 1/2 cupof green peas

Instructions

  1. Put your curry paste in a food processor and add a teaspoon of coconut oil. Turn on your food processor for 10 minutes. Add chopped onions. Next, add some coconut milk. Turn on your food processor for 2 minutes. Now, add 4 tablespoons of fish sauce and 1/2 cup of coconut milk. Turn on your food processor for 4 minutes. Now, add your chicken. Turn on your food processor again for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, add 1 cup of chopped red pepper. When it is only few minutes left, add some cooked broccoli and green peas. Finally, add 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
