- 1 cupof grilled marinated steak
- 1/2 cupof rice
- 1/2 cupof soy sauce
- 1/2 cupof eggs
- 1/2 cupof red wine vinegar
- 1/8 cupof sugar
- 1/10 cupof minced garlic
- 1/2 cupof leek
- 1/2 cupof tomatoes
- 1/6 cupof onions
- 1/8 cupof cilantro
- 1/8 cupof lime
- 1/4 cupof fish sauce
Take long basmati rice and rinse it. Put it into rice cooker. Put bay leaf into rice.
While rice is cooking, you need to marinate meat. For this, take soy sauce, red wine vinegar, sugar, and minced garlic. Leave the meat to marinate.
Mince more garlic in order to make garlic rice. Chop leek, as well.
Now, it is time to prepare a salad to accompany the meat. For salad, cut tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime, and fish sauce. Mix everything together.
To make garlic rise, preheat a grill pan and heat wok as well. Put garlic and leek into wok pan and fry it for 2 minutes. Then, add rise. Put the meat into grill and fry it for two minutes from each side.
The marinade should caramelize. At the same time, fry an egg. When it is ready, slice it into thin slices. Put it on top of cooked rice. Then, add fry egg on top of meat. Serve salad on side of the dish. Enjoy your meal!
