Taiwanese Pancake with Egg

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupof green onions
  • 1 cupof all-purpose flour
  • 1/7 cupof salt
  • 1/5 cupof olive oil
  • 1/7 cupof sugar
  • 1/7 cupof pepper
  • 1/2 cupof warm water
  • 3/4 cupof eggs

Instructions

  1. Chop some green onions. Use the top portion. Take a big bowl and add one cup of all-purpose flour, salt, olive oil and 1/2 cup of warm water. Keep stirring the flour while adding water. Keep knitting for about 10 minutes. Then, put the dough aside and cover it. Let it rest for about 10 to 30 minutes.

  2. Take a small bowl and add three eggs, season them with salt and pepper and mix the ingredients.

  3. Take your dough and split it into a half. Add some green onions and fold the dough to leave the onions inside. Roll out the dough.

  4. Add a little bit of olive oil to your frying pan and put the dough in it. Fry for about 1 to 2 minutes. Add some green onions to your scrambled eggs and add the mixture to a frying pan. Before the eggs cook all the way, add the pancake wrap. Lay it on top. After that, turn over the ingredients. Next, roll them up. Enjoy!
