- 1/2 cupof tahini (pure sesame seed paste)
- 1/8 cupof finely crushed garlic
- 1/15 cupof salt
- 1/2 cupof fresh lemon juice
- 1/7 cupof olive oil
- 1 cupof warm water
Take a mixing bowl and add tahini, garlic, lemon juice olive oil and stir the ingredients well.
Slowly add warm water little by little and keep stirring until you reach the proper consistency.
Once consistency is right, taste and adjust.
Wrap it and chill.
Next, pour your sauce into a cup and sprinkle with a little bit of chopped parsley. Enjoy!
