- 10 cupsof rice
- 1/4 cupof salt
- 5 cupsof chicken
- 1 1/2 cupof onions
- 1/5 cupof garlic
- 1/7 cupof turmeric
- 1/2 cupof boiled water
- 1/8 cupof saffron
- 2 cupsof yogurt
- 1 1/2 cupsof eggs
- 1/2 cupof oil
- 1/15 cupof red pepper
- 1/15 cupof black pepper
Take a pan, add the washed rice and water and add the salt.
Take a pot and add 5 cups of chicken, 3 onions, garlic, salt and turmeric powder.
Fill the pot with water till it covers the chicken.
Cook the chicken for about 30 minutes.
Cook the rice for about 15 minutes.
When the rice is ready, drain and wash it.
When the chicken is ready, take it from the heat.
Remove the chicken out of the pot and cool it down.
Then, remove the bones and shred it.
Pick the onion and the garlic from the broth and place them into a bowl.
Add some broth and smash the ingredients.
Boil some water.
Take a bowl and add the saffron and 1/2 cup of boiled water.
Take a saute pan and add the yogurt, a pinch of turmeric, a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of red pepper, 1 tablespoon of salt, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of oil and mix the ingredients.
Add the saffron liquid and smashed onion and garlic and mix well.
Add the chicken and rice and mix all the ingredients well. Enjoy!
